Overtime: Rates commence after eight hours worked on weekdays, all hours on Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory holidays.

Travel: Charged at regular time rates during first eight hours, and overtime rates thereafter, all hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays.

Subsistence:

Eight Hour Days Extended Days

Meals $50.00/day/person As per receipts

Lodging Cost plus 20%

Transportation Cost plus 20%

Materials Cost plus 20%

Service Vehicle:

Crew Vehicle $0.35/Mile Plus $85.00/shift

Vehicle Complete with Tools $0.35/Mile

Plus $20.00/Hour While on Job site.

Insurance Coverage:

Comprehensive General Liability $5,000,000.00

Property Damage and Liability $2,000,000.00

Non-owned Vehicles $2,000,000.00

Additional coverage is available as required.
